Why We Built DSCR Finder
The DSCR loan market exploded when conventional financing tightened. By 2026, there are dozens of non-QM lenders offering DSCR products — each with different rates, minimum DSCR requirements, FICO thresholds, and property restrictions.

How We Make Money
DSCRFinder.com does not currently earn affiliate commissions or lead-referral fees. The lender links on our comparison table are provided free of charge, and we do not receive compensation from any lender.
Our lender rankings and editorial content are based solely on product quality and relevance to investors, and our comparison methodology is applied consistently to every lender in our database. If we add paid affiliate or lead-referral relationships in the future, we will update this disclosure clearly.
