Our Mission
DSCRFinder.com was built to solve a real problem: real estate investors shopping for DSCR loans spend hours calling individual lenders, only to discover after wasting time that the lender doesn't serve their state, doesn't accept their DSCR ratio, or has a loan limit that doesn't fit their deal. We built DSCR Finder to change that.
Our platform aggregates public lender data — rates, minimum DSCR requirements, down payment thresholds, loan limits, and special features — into a single comparison tool that lets investors filter by what matters to their specific deal in seconds, not hours.
We are not a mortgage lender. We don't underwrite loans or make lending decisions. We are an independent comparison and education platform, similar in spirit to what NerdWallet or EnergySage does in their respective categories. Our goal is to give investors the information they need to make confident, well-informed financing decisions.
How We Evaluate Lenders
Our lender profiles and comparison data are compiled from publicly available sources including:

Individual loan terms depend on borrower profile, property type, market conditions, and lender underwriting.
Compensation Disclosure
DSCRFinder.com earns revenue through two mechanisms:
- Affiliate links: When you click "Get Quote" on our lender comparison table and visit a lender's website, we may receive a referral fee from that lender if you complete an application.
- Lead matching: When you submit our "Get Matched" form, we may share your contact information with lenders you're matched with, who pay for qualified leads.
This compensation does not influence our lender rankings or editorial content. We include lenders based on their product quality and relevance to investors, regardless of whether they are affiliate partners. Our comparison methodology is applied consistently to all lenders in our database.
